Who We Are: MOHELA was established by the Missouri General Assembly in 1981, to assure access to higher education for students in the state or Missouri. MOHELA has over 40 years of experience in the student loan servicing industry. Our dedicated customer service team can help you manage your loans - answer any account questions, help you explore your benefits and repayment options, and process your payments.
